A sweet earthy fiery shot of beetroot apple ginger💥love that colour! 🌱
I’m always drawn to beetroots, the colour especially, but even more so for just how damn good they are for us… they are very grounding ~ they help to calm the mind, nourish the blood, and strengthen the immune system. Along with the inflammation reducing properties of ginger + the vit C, B6, magnesium, potassium, iron and fibre thrown in for good measure this combo really packs a punch and sets me up for s great start to my day… ♥️
